This app st pop pped altogether 2 months months ago leaving me no access to prior messages as well. Started working after about 3 weeks. Stopped again about 2 2 weeks ago and will not verify telephone number/account, telling me to wait to be notified. PLEASE HELP. I have a Note 3, my wife and mother-in-law both have a Note 2 and have had no problems. AT&T ineffective, uncaring and ignorant support has been no help, telling me my phone is too old. The Note 2 is one year older, they cannot even make UNCOMMON (formerly known as common) sense. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I keep getting duplicate texts from businesses and sending duplicate texts to people. If it wasn't for the fact this backs up my texts, I'd remove this app because of this bug.
