App is good when it is working. Which is unfortunately not often enough. I had to ask their paid phone support for the QR registration letter a few times now because their app keep on bugging and ends up requiring a new QR code. Simply unacceptable. Reliability is key for the app and this app is not reliable. I don't remember agreeing on beta testing your app. I have started looking into other banks.

App does not work, I cannot successfully register, every time I scan the qr code it throws an invalid error qr code and just screen blinks like crazy (Samsung S24). Further it's forced to French if phone language is English, instead of letting you choose one of the supported languages. All in All a very badly developed app.
