I love it, it was installed in my building couple of weeks ago. Now lazy amazon delivery people that don't take the time to take my package upstairs will just deliver it to the blue box safely. No more missing packages

Very glitchy - sometimes works but other times I don't get a text when I have packages waiting. Sometimes the parcel is visible in pending, other times I don't get a code, so I can't retrieve my package. Other parcels I have collected are still marked as pending. I'm unable to submit a support ticket.

Trash app. Nothing works, it's super glitchy. On top of not working, they just constantly add ads for their other products instead of fixing it. Avoid it like a plague. You are better off getting the blue box code from the SMS message and typing it on the actual locker than to rely on this garbage app.

Garbage app - randomly stopped showing my pending deliveries, and now I can't even log in (tried the classic clear cache, uninstall, change password etc. and nothing). Boxes themselves are great, just this app is trash.
