Trash app. Nothing works, it's super glitchy. On top of not working, they just constantly add ads for their other products instead of fixing it. Avoid it like a plague. You are better off getting the blue box code from the SMS message and typing it on the actual locker than to rely on this garbage app.

Very glitchy - sometimes works but other times I don't get a text when I have packages waiting. Sometimes the parcel is visible in pending, other times I don't get a code, so I can't retrieve my package. Other parcels I have collected are still marked as pending. I'm unable to submit a support ticket.

Security for your account is a joke. The so-called random code they send to verify your phone is the same every time. Their password complexity requirements (max 16 characters, no special characters) is completely out of date for the modern age. Also, no MFA to log in. All this from a company claiming ISO registration and a commitment to data security.
