Worst customer service I have ever had. 55 minutes of delay delay delay by "Albert" on the chat, with zero progress attempting to cancel my subscription. Multiple polite but meaningless responses. I think the company deliberately stalks the communication in hopes that I will give up and continue to pay them for a service I cannot use. SO FRUSTRATING.

The experience was ugly, for few hours they charged me for unreachable calls, then rejected refund for "active" use, while they will mention everywhere they refund within 14 days of signup. Lies, soft frauds

Hello, I wanted to inform you that I got a phone number on Calilio yesterday, but I am unable to answer calls. Every time I try to pick up, the call gets disconnected. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't been able to answer a single call. This is frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I would like to get refund of it. Very much disappointed since 5 days I have been trying to receive calls, but calls get disconnected, support service people also failed to rectify the issue.
