Truthful I have yet to have a problem, I just use the QR and everything goes well. I suppose my only gripe would be that the timer on the washer is 32 but the app says 45 but adults shouldn't need a timer to tell them 32 min has passed.

I put $10. On the account and was denied use at the Jackson apartments in medford oregon, I have never gotten back the money either, and I'm not the only one either, it's a serious problem here.

One of the most miserable, unnecessary rent-seeking apps I've ever seen in my life. Unfortunately this review means nothing because if you're downloading this app, you don't have a choice in the matter. Make sure you've got $10 because if you don't, you're not getting clean laundry.

The app is slow and does not give alternatives for paying without a card or an account. I don't need another stupid app account just to wash my laundry. Also, if you don't wait for the app to say start machine it'll take the money and not start the cycle to wash.
