My wash experience is very convenient. I can use my phone or my card. Having these options make my was day go smooth, don't have to worry about find coins are cash to put in wash machine. I certainly enjoy the convince of having these options nearby.

Clothesline is so easy to use! It places no hold on my account and I can scan the code or put in the machine number. There is a minimum of $10 you can add each time. It will notify you when the washers and dryers are finished. I so appreciate this app!

Super easy, affordable, and convenient for me to get my laundry done. My kids also use the machines easily and are able to help with laundry. Just have to make sure you only fill one washer at a time, or they tend to flood the floor a bit here and there. Overall very satisfied with this service.

This app is horrible. It refuses to connect to machines half the time. And now it won't even open at all for me to scan a QR code. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app only for it to tell me that this location is not mobile compatible. What a joke. Highly inconvenient.

This app is horrible. Routine problems include, but are not limited to: 1) Not connecting to the machine. 2) Connecting to the machine, taking my funds, but the machine does not start. Each time this occurs my service requests go unanswered and funds are never reimbursed. Last straw here is that the app is not allowing me to update my credit card info, due to a "captcha" error. Now I can't add funds to my account and can't dry my clothes that are in the wash.

I mostly like it, but it charges me 25 cents for an extra 5 minutes in the dryer that I *do not* want. It's poorly designed and throws off the amount of money I have stored for laundry and the timing of my loads.
