Logs you out and the other night 12 times I tried but now wasn't having it, visits not matching up to rota, I won't be recommending

They've just done a 17/4/24 update to stop the abrupt logging out. The update didn't work, and I still have to deal with being logged out many times in my shift. The impact of this is that care calls risk not being logged. I work in the Forest of Dean and signal is poor in areas, so if we end up logged out, we have to rely on using the client's house phone, if they have one! Also, when I log in and the Internet signal isn't present, it doesn't always register when abruptly logged out. Sort it out!
