It was okay before they stopped to show maps. Their AI support is not effective, also it promised to connect me with their human support, but it never happened. Update: their human support (Ava) helped me a lot, everything works properly now. Thank you, Ava!

UNSAFE and inaccurate. Sure, the app lists trails. It fails to link to google maps to how to even get to the trailhead, leading to a wild google chase as you try to figure out how to get to where you attempt to go. When you find a place to park, you have to try to look at the All Trails map to see if your arrow is even vaguely near where you hoped you'd be hiking. Half of the time, you aren't. I'd never pay for an app that wants to drop me in the middle of nowhere while I hunt for the trail.

Would give it more stars. But it locks everything behind a pay wall. Even downloading offline trails. Unless you are smart and take pictures of the maps of trails before you hike. Or you can just use Google Maps and download the offline maps from there.

Yet another app that doesn't understand countries measurements. In the UK we use miles and °C. Yet all this app gives me to choose is metric or imperial. Metic switches both distance and temperature (km and °C) or imperial (m and °F) combinations that the UK doesn't use. The options need to be split out for Metric/Imperial Distance and Metric/Imperial Temperature.
