Enjoy the app, I am out of the office most of the time anymore for what I do. This app allows me to make and receive calls as if I was in the office. Super convenient.

I gave it 2 stars because occasionally it works. Since upgrading to Galaxy S10 now it will ring without an option to answer so 90% of the calls i get i have to let ring out and call back. Also sometimes i will answer on another device but the UC app will continue to ring INFINITELY with no end. I have to reboot my phone to make it stop ringing. Cox says its not compatible with S10 notifications.

It barely does what it's supposed to do. I can make calls though the app using my business phone number but every call I receive to my business number get automatically rejected even though I don't have any rules telling them to be. Due to this functionality feature and a terrible customer service experience to try to fix this (of course they are blaming it on me), I give this a low rating. I found a work around but this is a basic function.
