★★☆☆☆ Nothing works I used to be able to login, but now it gives an error time. Why is it asking for a login anyways?

★★☆☆☆ WHY DON'T YOU FIX THIS APP!?!?! CAN'T EVEN LOG IN! WASTE OF TIME!!! GET IT TOGETHER CPS!!

★★☆☆☆ Always got an error when logging in saying my credentials weren't recognized. I would double check, then change it every month and still never got in. After a while when I would try to request/change my password, the place where you typed in the letters and numbers to.prove you're not a robot didnt work and gave a reference to a link to resolve the issue. When I clicked on the link it said something to the effect of the company providing that service was no longer available. I don't complain much but this app does not work.

★★☆☆☆ Almost consistently "setting request" error. The app is useless and I'm forced to go online. It used to work about 75-80% of the time until just last week. Used to be weak, now is plain junk. Also: The APP ratings misteriously went from 1.4 to 3??? Total BS.
