Madaling gamitin at less hassle., sana lang mag update pa sila ng mga billers., got minor issue lang regarding sa connecting sa papering Bluetooth printer sa app., piling Bluetooth printer lang ang inaaccept ni Digiday app. Suggestion lang po sa devs, magdagdag po kau ng options like money received tska change pra po sa resibo., para kumpleto na po ung sa receipt printing.

Great app indeed! Here are my suggestions. 1. Enable copy paste in all products. Prone to error kasi pag ire retype mo pa. 2. Nag fa failed ang transaction keypad may decimal kang nilagay. Ex. Total amount is 1000.5 hindi sya nag push through need mo sya ilagay ung 0.5 sa convenience fee para mag work. 3. In App. Sa convenience fee 2 digits lang Swede mo ilagay. I hope ma adjust sa backend kasi not all the time pc gamit ng mga agents. Yun lang so far. Thank you!

For improvements: 1. Frequent biller list - I have to search for a biller every time. Can I save them as favorites instead? 2. Frequent log-outs. Need to sign in every time. Can we have like a no login for say N days? I have a long password, and it is inconvenient to enter every hour. 3. Way to customize what is being printed? Maybe the header details can be updated, etc. 4. Can we have the rebates amount in the payment section similar to the convenience fee? 5. Quick look at transaction details.

The same mobile load promos are listed repeatedly! A lot of listed promos no longer work. Smart 5, Dito 5 no longer work. Same with go boosters like goshare10, etc. Add globe 5. This app has stagnated. No more new promos. New promos appear in Gcash app.

Agents can accept payments via qr, but what is the use if we can't cash out our profit or commission from the qr payments? We need to go to a digipadala center to cash out our wallet? App also has no scan qr, it can't scan qr!

Sana tangling nyo yung OTP or kahit yung OTP is through registered mobile number. Ang hassle mag log in kasi need pa open yung email

Very useless. They automatically log out my account when i don't use it in several hours. When the customer is coming to buy some service and I get back on it, I cannot loggin right away. !! Why is that happening all the time even though I have already an account. You have to fix it.

New otp update is very problematic. Too much time is consumed in entering log in details, waiting the otp, and entering the otp. Also, after you close the app. It will ask you to log in again and another otp. In other words, you have to do it all again. Too much redundancy here.
