I love the En vista app! It's so convenient and easy to make all my banking needs happen. Much better than my last experience with a bank!

The app is fine to use to check your accounts. But please ensure that it is user-friendly for every other feature. Previous versions of the app displayed an easy way to check your credit score and how much you owed, and once you made a credit payment, it would clearly show your new balance afterward. The update, while it gives more info, is hard to navigate. The check deposit feature is glitchy. Every notification you get kicks you off the app, and you have to start all over.

My husband opened the account with this credit union way back before 1976. This has continued to be my major banking institution even after he passed. En vista has always been reliable, helpful, and safe.

Really buggy, auto payment is more like auto cancel payments for late fees. App was good a year ago, changes seem to be making it unstable and worse.

When I download the app, it says phone is no longer compatible with this version. I used to use it with no problem. Now, I am out of luck I use Samsung Galaxy S8 and love it because the newer phones are filled with un removable bloatware and AI that just advertises to me all day and cannot be turned off. I guess I am just out of luck, unless I can get the older version back.

You've made it harder to do my bill pay, like seeing if I've made a pym5 yet this month, like seeing my average on a payment over a few months, and many other things. Not liking new system now. . .
