They take all the stress out of transporting goods. You don't even have to measure just select general size, the weight and you're done. You have direct contact with the courier who picks up your item and who drops it off which makes knowing exact pickup/dropoff times easy. You can track them online via their live tracking system, and they even take a photo of the item at pickup and drop off. Highly recommended!

This app needs major overhauling. Apon searching for addresses in the quote and job pages the app is unable to find what I enter. Even when manually entering the full details it will not recognize them and come up with an error message. The location suggestion box glitches and won't reshow the list after hitting space bar. I also have the app crash 3 times while trying to search for addresses. Utterly useless and needs fixing!!!

Delivery tracking redirects to the website. Why? Tracking function shows virtually nothing compared to every other delivery service. Chat with driver doesn't display messages sent. Very poor for an extremely expensive delivery service.

Hopeless. Unable to fulfill a simple 30-minute job from Seaton to Trinity Gardens with 2 days to come up with a Ute for 1 item. Delete the app and use a trusted courier service. Their claims for being able to book a courier are nothing like the reality. Don't waste your time.

This won't even let me sign up...it says my email is registered and to try another email, but when I get a link sent to my email to create new password it says that this email isn't registered! Go figure!

Expensive. Drivers offer quotes if not agreeable with zooms estimated fare. That is great, although the glitch is the quotes are very high and so is zooms added service card.
