The Gallagher Guide – Pensions app* provides a simple, convenient one stop shop designed to support members all the way from employer onboarding to retirement.
What can I do within the app?
- Login easily and securely using biometric security features
- View and update your contact details
- View information about your active or deferred defined benefit (DB) pension
- Run instant benefit quotations (subject to availability**)
- View and monitor the current value of your DC pension
- Track historic DC fund performances
- Update your expression of wish
- Raise new queries and track its progress
- Access pension payslips
- Update your pension payment details
How do I get started?
To get started, you must be a member of a scheme administered by Gallagher. You can easily login using the same login details as our portal, entering the sponsoring employer name as the Client ID. Once logged in you can choose to enable biometric authentication for easy access in future.

Recent changes:
Our latest release includes bug fixes along with a host of new self-service features.

You can now update your contact details, such as your home address or preferred salutation.
Users are now able to add, delete or modify their nominated beneficiaries, including adding general remarks.
