1st time using a helix scooter. Ride was smooth. It was late in the day and beginning to get dark, and I didn't want to walk at night! Scooter was nearby so I downloaded the app, hopped on and rode to my destination. Will definitely use again!

Easy to use scooters are good, only issue I have is the GPS needs to have a larger margin of error for ending rides. I've spent way too much time trying to get the gps to lock on to the parking area and have had to call support to end the ride.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, it's an app designed to rob you blind, stay away from this company and app. The main "option" on this app is that when you end your ride, if by any chance you lock the screen of your phone or switch to another app the ending process does not finish and the scooter will still be yours and after some time they hit you with a hefty fine. I have tried this with different phones and the result is still the same. So if you like your money, stay away from this app.

Used to be able to end rides wherever you wanted, now have to end them in specific parking spots, and it's not like they're on every street, so the convenience factor is ruined. Just use Spin or Byrd, or literally any other app

No good, wouldn't let you see the parking spots unless you tried and failed to park scooter. Spent more time parking it than actual use.
