Once in while are are not able to access the live view and all the cams are in loading state 2.whenever i am seeing playpack we are not seeing any option for fast forward. Yet again the service has stopped receiving push notifications for both my alarm notifications and my doorbell being pressed. A massive company like this should not have so much downtime. Time to ditch Hikvision.Update April 22nd - so this seems to be a Hikvision issue where the app does not play well with android 10 phones. I think its been longer than that but cant be sure. Hikvision blames Samsung, Samsung blames Hikvision. I have simular issue with another app pushing notifications when call

App is great but they have released an update... and the app pesters user to download from un-trusted source *ie not the official play store... this Is dangerous behaviour... if you want people to use the new version publish it here on the play store like your supposed to ! Or are you trying to hide something ???

The new version is asking me for a verification code to see the cameras which I don't have. There is no VC on the sticker as many suggested and I don't know where to find it.
