This is a great app. I hardly go online for any type of bank services. I use this app to pay all my bills, complete money transfers and even if to just simply check my bank statements. No glitches no errors' no adds. One of the best app ever.

Before the upgrade I loved the app! Real time balances and detailed payment history. After the upgrade I do not like it at all! It was extremely convenient to have accurate detailed information on the app! Now It's necessary to log on to the website to get such details...such a pain. The only good thing with the app is you can still make quick transfers and pay bills.

I would love the ability to take screenshot on this app again. It would also be great if we could initiate local transfers and wire international wire payments from the app.

Since the update the app no longer opens up on biometrics. If I uninstall and then reinstall it starts to work for the first access only. After that I have to revert to username and password. Using a Samsung S21 Still not working properly on Android devices, needs attention. Now the app does not open on Android 12 It doesn't open up on Android 12. Come on you techies get this sorted, you must be embarrassed!!

I have uninstalled numerous times and still the same problem. Problem connecting to the internet. I have tried through Wi-Fi and my data and to no avail. My internet 8s working fine so not sure why it's not working on The HSBC app.
