Best train service I have used. With such a lovely team of staff. I use hull trains alot and have never had a bad experience in fact each time has always been good the team are always so friendly and welcoming. Kings cross to hull is always a lovely journey on hull trains. The service on other lines just cannot compare. Especially lner.

More of a train crash than a train app. Tried booking ticket via app ended up using website on pc. Then after all the pain you get told to print tickets at a machine at the station. Appalling ended up with 10 cardboard tickets for 2 people to go to London. Most environmentally unfriendly solution ever. 200 people on train all with 10 tickets that's another tree gone. Think of the planet you Muppets!

First time I've travelled with these for years, after cancelled trains putus offusing them booked for London wembley .alas seemed we hadn't booked seats, so spent the full journey stood up with many others .3hours plus .how about only selling tickets for seats only, you can see the tickets bought are for long journeys. Coming back in the evening was even iller, we had seats reserved thankfully. Train going out 13 -14 coaches.coming home half a dozen. It was rammed, standing rammed shocking.

You choose your tickets, but there's no button saying "buy". You go back and the app crashes, and you lose your search.
