I applied for reimbursement request via app but seems like it doesn't work, so I decided to apply via email. I only received automatic response then after many days I checked my reimbursement request that was finally reflective on app but the status got denied with no reason at all. I tried to contact customer support but all of their hotline not working, it will just automatically drop after the automated voice response multiple times. No email response as well for my follow-up!!!!

This HMO cannot even help you, my dependents (siblings) were not approved, even though you already went to explain things with HR for the interlinear approval, but right now, I don't even have any dependent, on my app from being under progress status of my dependents, and now it's gone. Yes there's a hierarchy in what your dependents should be, but you should already input that siblings are not allowed have had this for 2 years and this can't even help me. Please use another HMO rather than this.

Please fix the downloading of the RCS forms. After the update, I am unable to download or send the form via email. It always says unable to download or there is currently a pending request, both of which just loads endlessly without action.
