Was asked to resubmit documents, I attempted complying, they delayed the help I needed, the app only sends me in a loop asking for my bnk account number only to tell me that bank account is already registered, I think they are delaying me until the provisioned time for the claim is expiring so they don't hve to pay the reimbursement. Unless I get help, but I only get Do not Reply messages from them.

When I was trying to register my Vega card, and I received my verification code through my gmail and then when I opened my Vega app again the progress was gone. When I tried to register again it said the account was already registered and when I tried to sign in it said "Your app registration is waiting for approval, you may check your email for the updates". You need to fix this as soon as possible

I don't know what's the point of this app because I still always have to call customer service. It won't send the ercs approval and there's always a mistake. Doesn't help that agents are less than willing to help.
