Great service. That said, your experience really comes down to the Jarvis you get, and mine are great. The way it's explained via the app makes the service seem really rigid (tidy vs a clean, for example). But in my experience the Jarvis' are fairly open to reasonable requests of their time, and often go above and beyond anyway. Also, while you can manage the entire service via the app, the team at Jarvis are open to text message requests and are pretty quick at replying. They're really good at ensuring your visit goes ahead, even if your regular Jarvis is sick. Jarvis' comms and level of service has improved since I first got the app, so I can only assume its going to get even better from here.

I have been a "butler" on this platform for a few years while I have been at uni. The platform is great for extra work with decent rates. But the app itself is a cumbersome, clunky, slow piece of junk. The system constantly logs you out every time you close the app. It is extremely slow between each page and drop down menu. Two stars for the performance of the app is being generous. Even the auto spell function doesn't work on the app. Good platform. Slow and unreliable system.

App login does not work, the login page does not bring up the keyboard on my phone so it's impossible to type my details. I can't even copy/paste my email address because the email field will not accept that as an input.

You can't even sign in to the app. I tap on the email field and my keyboard doesn't appear. This is a pixel 6 pro with GBoard.

Terrible app. you can't book dates or amend them via the app. ratings of the service are done by sms. No profile of the person coming to your home or visability of their rating. customer service does pick up the phone or call back when you leave a message
