Crashes all the time. Logs me out as session expired after having logged in less than a minute ago. Constantly have to reinstall and clear data.

The app doesn't show my accounts half the time. I log in, and it's blank. I never loads. I have to log out and log back in multiple times, and then it finally shows everything.

If the app worked more than 50% of the time it would be ok at best. Features always reset and never work for no reason like fingerprints or the widgets or logging in.

I'm seriously considering closing my account because this app is so terrible! I use my fingerprint to login, and it accepts that fingerprint, but the screen doesn't load, and I tried it three times and on the third time it says we don't recognize you your account is frozen! I've been with Jordan credit Union for over 20 years. I have other banking apps that are more reliable
