I made a payment, and it got cancelled...so I got refunded to my Julia pay, but I cannot withdraw the money out to my main bank account... I need directions...the payment and withdrawal option is completely useless...the bank transfer option does the opposite...why

I made a payment for airtime using your app, I was debited but not credit it's been saying pending for a week now and you guys are not doing anything to refund me, how hard can it be to remove a pending charge on my card and refund my 15k? Very poor I'm regretting using your service. Its costing me my business money allocated for airtime.

I don't understand why Jumiapay have refused to clear the debts off my account that I already paid off that loan on my account since last month February 21st up till now I've checked and the loan still haven't been cleared off my account I mean that's poor customer service pls look. Into this and get it resolved thanks, Jumiapay is a great and very convenient app, but this has been the inconvenience I've faced recently I'll like you look into this and get it resolved
