Love Just Fab. However the app is terrible, can't even log in, had to uninstall it several times.

I can't log in to my original account to skip the month, I called the customer service number, and I was on hold for hours and never had someone answer to cancel my membership and the live chat doesn't work for nothing!

Been VIP member for 9 years, and I read the most recent reviews and im having the same issue; I also have 2 credits now on my account since I couldn't skip the month for October, im going to call the bank in the morning and see if they can stop all charges from them, this is not like them! I don't know what's going on but im not waiting around to find out
