Hi Kipplepark, I'm having problem with entering to the kipple premise. As it kept saying denied template on the display upon entering. This has been going on 3-4 days and the person in charge at that area doesn't hv a clue on what to do.

It registered my car plate number than "binded by other user" when I have not done so in the past, so I was unable to pay my parking ticket.

A complete waste of time. No signs whatsoever signifying that the parking system has changed completely to be ticket-less. This caused huge confusion at the auto-pay machine resulting in long queues. Downloaded the app to pay the parking fee, but it requires you to take a picture of the left and right side of your car plate, so I had to leave the queue to do this. Unfortunately, even doing so, they need 24 hours to verify the information, so I had to rejoin the queue.
