Description

Die mais COP Audit mobil App unterstützt Auditoren, Berater und Experten (wie z.B. technische Prüfer, Tierärzte, Verfahrensgutachter etc.) bei Betriebsrundgängen durch die Möglichkeit der Bearbeitung von Prüfaufträgen in Form von Fragebögen direkt vor Ort.
Sie können für den Betriebsrundgang Elemente der Frageliste (Antworten, Bemerkungen usw.) auf das mobile Geräte (Tablet oder Smartphone) ausgeben und so mit diesem Gerät während des Betriebsrundganges Notizen erfassen oder ggf. den zu beurteilenden Zustand mit Fotos dokumentieren, um später am PC Ihre Audit-Dokumente zu vervollständigen.

Die App enthält eine effiziente Auftragsverwaltung. Auftragsbearbeitungen können unter Berücksichtigung der Sensibilität der gesammelten Beurteilungs- und Bewertungsinformationen komplett offline erfolgen, sind in einer oder mehreren Sitzungen durchführbar und können vielstufig sein. Durch die Erzeugung einer XML-Exportdatei wird die Arbeit an jeweils einer Arbeitsstufe eines Auftrags abgeschlossen.

Prüfaufträge sind mit geeigneten externen Werkzeugen erstellbar. Die Bearbeitungsergebnisse für jeden Prüfauftrag werden ausschliesslich im XML-Format und separaten Fotodateien bereitgestellt.

Mit der PC-Software „COP Audit“ der mais GmbH Leipzig können vielfältige Prüfaufträge für die App erzeugt und die Bearbeitungsergebnisse aus der App in „COP Audit“ eingelesen und weiterverarbeitet werden. Im Ergebnis können auf Knopfdruck Auditdokumente wie

- Auditbericht,
- ausgefüllte Checkliste und
- Massnahmeplan

mit einem individuell hinterlegten Layout erstellt und ausgegeben werden.
Die im Audit erfassten Daten stehen für weiterführende Auswertungen zur Verfügung, wie z.B. Betriebsvergleiche oder –entwicklungen im definierten Zeitraum.
