Fails to open with a "no Internet connection" although the phone is connected. When it finally does connect, the provider search feature fails. Absolute trash app

Needed to send the ID card to my dentist office, but the app's security doesn't allow screenshots. The "share" button isn't doing anything, and the "save" button only saves the back of card information. Sad to have to get on the browser to access the card to screenshot.

I can see why the 2-star rating. I can't even log in, says no internet connection. I'm literally on Wi-Fi this app definitely sucks

App is terrible. Constantly says I have internet connectivity issues so can't log in even though I can pull up the Metlife website in a browser. Also, the screen does not optimize and the buttons are under the menu, so it's impossible to use.
