You can spend 3 hours trying to get a ride. Totally undependable. Usually takes 30 mins to get picked up, even if you can find a ride. Looking for a ride at 3:30 to be somewhere by 5? Enjoy showing up at 8. Also, got my account suspended for a month without committing any infraction. They either need to expand their operation and increase efficiency, or close and save the taxpayers money.

If I could leave zero I would because I liked the app until I called and tried to make a complaint where there was a driver who left me waiting at my job and made me walk in the rain and just to get asked a bunch of questions I answered then I started getting mad, so I hung up, and I will no longer be using micro cat I will just walk where I got to go until I can get my car... Because this happened another person I know as well yesterday then me. On top staff is very rude that drives the cars!

I am not able to find a ride available at any time. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but right now the service is useless for me.
