The app is good, but it keeps closing unexpectedly when you try to look at exercise details and other information. Also, the timer for some exercises is quite confusing, it counts down from 30 seconds twice (making you think it's 30 seconds each side) but then switches to the right side?

Good videos and instruction but the videos would be better with guiding voice over while working through each video (not just on explainer video). At present the videos are completely silent and no notification of timer alert. Good concept, excellent drills just needs tweaking

This is an early review. Sonny clearly knows his stuff. The exercises are clear, and the daily workouts are easy to follow. Many of the exercises in the earlier days are scalable, but soon, that's no longer the case. My flexibility is very poor, hence why im trying to keep to the exercise program but some I simply can't do. My problem is that there isn't a scalable option for some of the more advanced exercises. I hope this is changed to make the app more accessible in the future.

Daily flow is perfect for a 10 min if time is tight. The manual is 20-30min. A great investment. My mobility, recovery and lifts have improved a lot in the first 2 months

Videos for the assessment don't load, have deleted the app and tried again with the same outcome. Unusable for me

I can't stand this app for more reasons than I feel like naming. I cant figure out how to progress to the next exercise. You can't see ahead so you can pre-plan. You have to complete each workout before you can access the next days' workout. The instructions sometimes don't make sense. I am just struggling to like this app. I really don't. I won't be purchasing nothing else because of this experience. App won't load sometimes. I can't get it to reset my progress either. Really do not like this app.
