Very good software and app. But really terrible sales dept. They don't know how to speak to customers/doctors. They treat customers like beggars. Each member acts like they are head of Google, and we are begging for free stuff. They give one quotation first and then ask the doctors to pay more...promise something once and then refuse to even accept that the promise was made... Be very careful when dealing with sales team... Do not believe them. Take everything in writing.

Here is my conversation with ZocDoc's representative. Me: Can you search a patient by typing last 5 digits of his mobile number. ZocDoc Rep: No Me: Why not? ZocDoc: Because of search engine optimization. Me: Whattttttt? Literally their responses are like this. Totally senseless. You can't have spaced in the phone number, you can't search using part of the number, you literally have to type full contact number without any spaces. This eats up lots of time and our productivity is decreased.
