Much more difficult than necessary to connect to Wi-Fi as it needs quite a lot of signal so unless you have spa in your house it's going to be annoying, even using a booster. Badly designed. Not updated for a year despite all the bad experiences of customers. UPDATE: This summer we have set the spa up close to the house (now within Wi-Fi range) and the app and timer are working really well. It does need a good signal for it to work and has been running using timer now for a week with no problems.

Handy app but lacking something I would say is vital, There needs to be a notification system built in for when the hot tub faults it pings you, not just when you hear the beep, or open the app now and then, there are a few times iv went to the tub after 2 days, and it's been around 20°c all because of the E02 fault (filter slightly dirty)

This has been updated again, I can connect the Wi-Fi easily and control the temperature. It can set a schedule in the app. Here comes the but, it does not control the pump, have reset the pump, uninstall the app and reinstalled it. Same thing, we have the latest Milan pump and works well other than the schedule to the pump, has it got to be left for a period before taking effect if that's the case it kind of sucks

Would not connect to Wi-Fi, beltway app connected straight away. Poor considering it's the manufacturer app.

Useless app. Used to work so well for years, but this new one can never set up the hot tub. Always get stuck on "sending Wi-Fi information to pump" in the end I downloaded the beltway app and it worked perfectly. Surely lazy spa app developers can use the same portion of code that beltway have as theirs actually works!!
