Description

Charter Communications, Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks are now one company, and soon you’ll get to know us by the name Spectrum. This app is for customers in the former Time Warner Cable service area.
Use My TWC® mobile app to manage your account and services, including review and pay your bill, get detailed billing information, check and troubleshoot equipment, manage your service/technician appointments and access Home Phone voicemail.

Billing

- View your bill summary and account information, real-time payment history and recent activity, as well as past statements
- Pay your bill using a credit card, debit card, checking account or savings account *
- Setup recurring payments using AutoPay. Simply go to Billing and enroll in AutoPay today!
- Set paperless billing preferences

- Activate your new set-top-box, modem & Digital Adapter
- Check equipment status and troubleshoot service issues

★★★★★ it's very easy and convenient, so that you could pay your bill with a tap of a button, instead of ha having to leave to leave your to a spectrum location to.pay your monthly bill.

★★★★★ this app was wayyyyyyyyyy better than "My Spectrum" I used to be able to check who was calling the house and it had everything easy to access. even though it did have some glitches at the end hands down prefer this one than the new app they have gotten

★★★★★ this app was amazing. spectrum took away all yhe good features like changing wifi paswords and resetting modem and cable nox. the spectrum app took it all away and sends you to the website. please use this and just change the name via update.

★★☆☆☆ Uninstalled this app because lately you can't shut it off...it runs in the background and whenever I get a call on my home phone (again through Spectrum cause I have the phone service too), it pops up listing that call on my mobile phone. Forget that...if I need to make adjustments to my account I will just go to the website and make the changes there. absolutely no reason to have the app on my mobile phone...I originally thought it was a good idea...no more...deleted app from my phone!!!!!
