Uninstalled this app because lately you can't shut it off...it runs in the background and whenever I get a call on my home phone (again through Spectrum cause I have the phone service too), it pops up listing that call on my mobile phone. Forget that...if I need to make adjustments to my account I will just go to the website and make the changes there. absolutely no reason to have the app on my mobile phone...I originally thought it was a good idea...no more...deleted app from my phone!!!!!
