The worst app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Poorly optimized, unresponsive, some features such as the Laundry feature often choose to straighten up not work. If I didn't live in Unite accommodation I'd have never downloaded this waste of space into my phone.

Great idea and lovely concept but horribly execution, the chat feature does not work half of the times and the app keeps crashing for some reason

Doesn't send chat notifications even when the option is turned on, constantly freezes and kicks you off the app and there's always a message saying chat is unavailable
