This app needs to have the total mileage done for each day, client cancellation tab, and you can't view previous days as it will log you out. Overall this app is decent just needs to update on what I've requested.

The app has come along way over the last few years & works pretty well for us. Reading some of the comments is not indicative of the power and functionality of the whole system. It's a fantastic system and app users need to realize that their own company may switch features off, so they cannot see them, but the info is there and available. Honestly a great team at One plan who are always very helpful so if you are struggling just give them a call 👍 Top stars from us, still going strong 5 years on

It is counterintuitive when having to accept a rota update, one cannot do it from the day the rota has changed, but from the current day (today). This would allow users to miss changes to their rotas.

This app doesn't show you travel time or miles between calls. With your location on, it still not showing that you are login by the client, e.g. you are 600 meters away; you can get easily in trouble because it shows that you are miles away form the client you need to contact your manager who need to contact them to explain to track the location down to where they supposed to be... it is very time-consuming and frustrating. Not good for employers and law, just focused on CQC demands. AVOID.

I cannot utilize this app as a client, cannot log in. It's of no use to us. I have to go online to login which is tedious.

Locked me out saying my password does not match what is stored. Joke is.... it does not show up in my saved passwords so unable to see what is stored.
