With the latest update, the app is pretty much functional. I still think a QR code for digital vaccination verification should be added. It should be an opt-in option for those who want to have it. I would like to be able show a QR code in any state across the United States and other countries and have them be able to verify my vaccination status.

This app worked great on my Pixel 5 and my husband's Pixel 4a. Got our appointments made, went to Disneyland and got our first vaccinations, and it all went very smoothly with the app and with the process. Asking to update the password is something that needs fixing. Otherwise, I have no complaints. UPDATE 8/3/2021: Dropped rating from 5 stars to 1 star as the app has stopped working. It closes immediately upon opening. Does this on both phones in our household. Clearing the app's cache made no difference. UPDATE 8/7/2021: Contacted support, and issue has been fixed. Thank you!!!

I just wanted to take a COVID test. The app forced me to register an account in the middle of the test before I could progress to the step where the results are read. After I confirmed my email address and provided a bunch of unnecessary data and everything, it just kicked me back to the home screen, having just forgotten that I was still in the middle of a test! I know I don’t need an app for this, but if there’s going to be one, it ought to be there to help me, not scam me into providing data.
