It's very convenient for me to pay with the app plus the app lets you know when the time is running out, so it avoids getting a ticket. Just be careful with hackers. They are targeting this app big time

App works fine, the MAIN complaint is that you should be able to more easily choose time in increments of 15 mins. It defaults to 15, and if you want 45 mins you have to manually tap 30x up to 45. Or if you want an hour, you have to tap down 15x down from 1:15. It's obviously to make you commit to a hr 15 for lazy ppl not wanting to click. Just make a button for +/- 15 mins.

It is very easy to use, and you can add more than one vehicle to pay for multiple individuals. I have never encountered any issues with it and highly recommend it.

You can't transfer your time from one location to the next location if you paid for too much time at one location, and you go to another location you can't transfer that time, so it's a poor system to just take your money

'Reload wallet' because it's not enough the city sold parking rights, now they're demanding we prepay, minimum option $20 and going up by $10 from there.

Garbage app. I have to pay $20 to even see how it works, no demo or examples first. Another terrible solution from the city of Chicago.

App is horrible, can tell city financing behind the investment and pay rate. Doesn't give timely notifications if at all when meter is expiring, still charges convince fee even after spending over $20 a day but don't meet time requirements to finish day out. Interface is horrible also.
