The app has come along way and is great now ! The only thing missing in my opinion is being able to get notifications for every payment and entry on the account like the competitors do. Will give a star rating when this is added. Thank you for your work so far.

App does not show your transactions online. You can't check your actual credit card limit, you cant restore the limit until some fictions payment date. You do not see the payments you have just done. It is so basic things, how can it be different? I am shocked.... Who is the head of IT in this bank? Probably it is the right time to resign??? Make a look at Revolut as a benchmark. Even ING app is better! Such a shame((

Worst app ever, even one star too much for this app, you want to know why?!!! I have to log in many times to finish what I want to do on the app it makes me losing time. All the commendation in the bills French or German language I receive right, when I want to write the commendation impossible to write it in French or German letters I have to use English language lol that's crazy.

Cons: 1. You need 6-7 steps to get started (username, password, click on lux trust app, switch to the lux trust app, confirm, fingerprint confirmation, switch back to R-Net). I recognize that local regulations dictate this level of security and do not allow for easy fingerprint/face recognition access. This kills however the user exp. 2. Trading interface is just not good enough. Please have a look at what new trading start-ups are doing. Pros: Very secure and good for ordinary banking.
