I HV STARTED GETTING Confidence to use the app. Being SR. Citizen I request to conduct traing session at branch level in order to get full confidence and conduct business online. Programmers are making fool to company. No, any report is complete form. They did not know to link the policies with the proper event like renewal not attached with agents, claims not showing proper in agent log. Commission also. Agent trf. In other branch, policies not showing in agent renewal reports. Plz arrange to correct the same.

Last 4 days I'm trying to open the Application, but it is not received the OTP and which is added and submitted, but it is shows that, 👇 "OTP Expired, please click Generate OTP link again". Alone shows every time.
