From calculating premium for different health insurance products, to creating proposal, online/offline payment by customer, Generating policies, sending policy documents to customer, tracking proposals created, the entire sales journey and customer onboarding is digitised.

Renew the customer's existing policies, update their details and issue renewed policy, all through few clicks.

Enabled policy purchase through monthly, quarterly and half yearly instalments through EMI options.

Policies can be ported through the App Digitally now with provision to upload previous policy details.

Customers claims can be intimated through the App now and the status of the claim can be tracked through the App.

Enable Agents with sales tools for better communications with the customers with personalisation.

Programmers are making fool to company. No, any report is complete form. They did not know to link the policies with the proper event like renewal not attached with agents, claims not showing proper in agent log. Commission also. Agent trf. In other branch, policies not showing in agent renewal reports. Plz arrange to correct the same.

Last 4 days I'm trying to open the Application, but it is not received the OTP and which is added and submitted, but it is shows that, 👇 "OTP Expired, please click Generate OTP link again". Alone shows every time.
