Excellent Service Was having issues the first time. Reached Rogers Bank for assistance and resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. Had a problem with the suretap app, contacted the developer and an update was available that fixed my issue in less than 24 hrs.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge User Finally my SureTap works. And it works beautifully. Purchased several items using the app on my phone and there was no problem at all with the transactions. But that said... It took about a month of waiting and troubleshooting with Rogers and SureTap until they fixed the problem, which was on their end. I couldn't get it to register. Very frustrating.2/5 stars for now, I will increase my rating later if the app continues to work flawlessly for a month or so.

This is simply the worst app I have ever installed. It doesn't work, you can only add Rogers credit cards and that's assuming any of them are working. I don't even know why I bothered with this junk. Still waiting on this $100 credit everyone was promised...
