★★★★★ does NOT work It doesn't work. I've been trying to use this for purchases at different locations for over two months now with no success. When you call Rogers to talk to one of their suretap specialists, they act sooo surprised and claim no one has ever had this problem and offer no help.

TO THE OTHER PERSON WHO CHOOSE THIS APPLICATION IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IT, DON'T DO LIKE ME BY ONLY GIVING A BAD REVIEWS. CONTACT THE DEV AND TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WRONG WITH IT, AND you will find that the are there for you.

★★★★★ Excellent Service Was having issues the first time. Reached Rogers Bank for assistance and resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. Had a problem with the suretap app, contacted the developer and an update was available that fixed my issue in less than 24 hrs.

★★☆☆☆ Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge User Finally my SureTap works. And it works beautifully. Purchased several items using the app on my phone and there was no problem at all with the transactions. But that said... It took about a month of waiting and troubleshooting with Rogers and SureTap until they fixed the problem, which was on their end. I couldn't get it to register. Very frustrating.2/5 stars for now, I will increase my rating later if the app continues to work flawlessly for a month or so.

★★☆☆☆ This is simply the worst app I have ever installed. It doesn't work, you can only add Rogers credit cards and that's assuming any of them are working. I don't even know why I bothered with this junk. Still waiting on this $100 credit everyone was promised...

suretap wallet features include:
- Manage your eligible cards and make payments all from one place
- Add new or existing cards to your wallet (choose from a variety of payment cards including the Rogers First Rewards MasterCard)
- Add funds to a Prepaid Card or Gift Card
- Send Gift cards to your family and friends
- Check account balances and view recent transactions
- Use location services to find contactless payment terminals nearby

Paying with the suretap wallet
- Pay with a tap of your smartphone at a contactless payment terminal, or in the case of gift cards, by presenting a serial number or QR Code
- It’s already accepted at tens of thousands of merchants in Canada, just look for the contactless logo!
- Quickly pay for purchases, up to $100, via your compatible Rogers device. Maximum purchase value may vary by retailer

Please note: The typical card provisioning process takes roughly 10 minutes (although it may take longer depending on the card issuer). During this time, your card credentials are being sent securely over the air by your card issuer to your suretap SIM card. The suretap wallet will notify you when the card is available.
