The FAQ is not very clear for the delivery agents portion. It did not mention how long a delivery agent's account is suspended after x number of cancellations/what are the steps to take in order to lift a suspension and how many suspensions will cause the termination of an account. Will greatly appreciate if you can be more clear with the suspension/termination portion. Thankyou.

As a driver/agent, Few issues really inconvenience and not user-friendly at all. 1) As group/bundle orders, Why created into few logs if there is only 1 pick up point (same vendor)? 2) As group/bundle orders, once completed, should move completed jobs to history instead of still staying in the group. This will make agent keep checking and clicking many times. 3) Orders arrangement very messed up. 4) Admin/CS have to be more responsive. Most inquiries they don't bother at all.

Don't be a driver/rider. Lower rate & not worth the time and effort. Customer service even worst, even u if u take the order at very last min and about to. Pick up out of sudden they will ban yr account for no valid reason and blame the driver for late pickup. Worst service platform I ever work for. This platform only for cheapskate customer only. Uparcel should improve their rate by distance and item pick up.

They breached their own rule where jobs done between 1-15 of the month should be paid on the first half of the month latest by 24th of the month, but in fact part of the jobs done between 1-15 of the month is delayed payment to the second half which means payment will be transfer to bank account next month. This is very unfair to agents. I had called in to complain, but they still insist payment will only be made next month. Other agents should voice out if have same kind of issue.
