It would be nice if the app showed if you uploaded your receipt or not, instead of a red exclamation mark staying visible. It would be nice if it told you that it received the receipt or upload was completed.

Getting the account setup through Zenith Flex was a royal pain in the butt. I went months without being able to check my account. Having said that, the app is fine. I just wish I had better information on what's going on with some of my transactions that have been stuck in limbo for months now. Saying items have been paid, yet are under review, and no effort to contact me on what the hangup is. I might update my review as I use more features in the future.

Easy to use. Just wish you could upload required documents right away after you charge your card instead of waiting for the employees to escalate the process. Otherwise, no complaints.

Absolutely terrible app and company to deal with. Need to update personal info, won't let me. I've contacted them multiple times to change my address and REMOVE MY EX-WIFE, but they never do. The stupid app keeps crashing every time I try anything. Get notifications that I need to submit information they should already have. Tells me to click on "claims" button. BUTTON DOESN'T EVEN EXIST IN THE APP!!!! Why do I need to submit date of service, patient name, services rendered, and amount?

Zero stars. Hate this whole app and every time I use it the feelings grow deeper and more passionate. User experience is bad. App is slow and stalls or shuts down with nearly every use. When I am uploading a receipt from my camera roll it often takes three or four attempts because the app automatically logs out so quickly. The way the app is organized and laid out is inefficient and clumsy. Too many clicks and pages and force stops to get even one freaking thing done quickly.

Can't upload receipts. Keeps logging off very annoying.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
