Cards not migrated from shell recharge. Not possible to see the charging sessions on my own charger. No cost reimbursements since migration from shell recharge. No answer on support tickets. Support tickets disappear from the app without being handled. Worst experience ever, but unfortunately forced to use this app.

I've recently transferred to 50five from the Shell New Motion app, the 50five app is constantly freezing, won't allow me to change charging schedules and works intermittently. This is having a detrimental effect on my ability to use my home charger, please can this be resolved.

Really poor service, they can't solve basic problems (they simply don't answer). To initiate the charge at my own home, I need to log in on the 50five website and initiate it from there, and this is called smart charging... I'm stuck with 50five because of my leasing
