Way easier than trying to call in and talking to someone who says they can't take payment, and they make you go through bill matrix which once I was on yhe phone with trying to pay my bill for 3 hours, there are no more of those days now that I have the app

When I went onto the app, to report an outage from whatever the problem was, AEP was here on site within the hour to fix the problem. Very easy to report the problem on app. Very Impressed all way around.

The app doesn't allow me to login using my fingerprint. It just goes back to the login screen. This has been going on for months now. I have to use the website to pay my bill monthly instead of using the app. Please fix.

App force-erases the login form as soon as Google Password Manager tries to enter username and password, since early 2026.

Cannot log into it. It tells me to reset my password. I've done this a couple of times via the website but the app still tells me it wants me to reset the password.
