I use this to circumvent customer service and answer all/any ?s I have. It's informative and easy to navigate/use. A link to chat right off the bat would be nice skipping the bot and insuing ?s. As informative as the app is, I would say....if you can't find your answer yourself, you need a representative. Bots are annoying. Anyway.... Aside from that minor inconvenience, this app is awesome.

Fingerprint login is useless and is blocking the login process. I've never been able to pay through the APP.

This is insidious and evil. Claims your checks bounce when your bank insists there was no problem on their end. Will not let you input a different bank. If you want to talk to someone over the phone it costs an extra fee. Extra fee to pay with card. Extra fee and threatened shut-off for "check reversal." Everything is a racket. I wish I lived in a cave.

App is horrible. I feel like it's always down or needs an update. I've been trying to pay my bill for an hour, and a half the app is still broke... you are better off calling. Don't bother downloading.
