For an over the counter hearing aid the Ion Pro is very good. I would like the ability to manage hearing profiles personally, rather than being limited to the three available on the app. It serves me well, but the battery time is limited in comparison to my Audible hearing aids. But it also cost me a sixth of what it cost for them.

Bought the ion pro 2, and it's only a booster NOT a hearing aid. Tried to return, and you have to jump through hoops. This is the most expensive Bluetooth I've ever bought to listen to music, to bad I still can't hear very well. NOT HAPPY.

Can't open the app to adjust my hearing aids! I'm ready to send them back!

The app is more than a little twitchy pairing, the sound is pretty bad and the adjustments the software offers is poor and fine-tuning it is useless. The biggest gripe? The driver/software has a glitch. When I try to adjust the settings on my Pixel 7 pro, it presents a pop-up to accept the sound settings presented or to close music device. Neither makes sense, as nothing needs to be adjusted in that sense. The pop-up gets in the way of making the manual settings (the volume or a sound source :(
