Recent updates have made it a lot more usable. However, unable to log in when connected to a VPN. Please add a dark mode in a future update.

The website is more user-friendly than the app. It would be nice if it had an expense tracker or something similar. Excluding the app I would give the bank itself 5*. The app could do with more headings, so I know what the icons are without having to click on it. I appreciate the efficiency though, and I love setting a picture for my accounts.

Unable to access BSB and account list on mobile phone. Had to go to webpage on laptop... not everyone is mobile phone savvy... also screenshot unavailable. This is the only app I have ever seen with this option toggled off.

The latest update has broken the app. It will no longer open, saying that it has detected an unlocked device. My device is NOT unlocked.

Forced to update and now can't perform any task at all. Can't make internal or external transfers, use BPAY or OSLO or set up payments. Quick Balance doesn't work. The UI is ugly, clunky, unintuitive and requires too many clicks to get where you want to go. The text is also too small. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Just plain terrible. Oh... and you have to manually kill the app to securely log out. I could go on and on... 🙄
