Worst app. Not showing bill amount for the month of September. Hanging alot. The previous app was easy to pay bills. But this one is a real mess. It is a complete trouble for the past 3–4 months.

It logged out during a bill payment, and now it's not logging in. Asks to sign in and add consumer details, then stops saying account is already liked. No way to sign in back into the app. Pathetic functionality and below average UI.

Not able to log in again after automatic logout. When trying to log in it shows I'd already registered

The app is not working for past 3 months, I got logged out and now am not able to log in again. Sign in shows primary account linked but still won't show anything. This is the worst app and difficult to use by a senior citizen.
