On the road a lot this app comes in real Handy now with the new situation with COVID-19 it sure makes my life easier. The mobile app deposit I make you more use of also to check my accounts and also going to check into paying people online more instead of paper checks. Has drawbacks but that's for security have to change a password every 3 months, limited on how many accounts can be shown on the app and transfer money between. But customer service is great.

Too many steps to deposit checks. I don't need 2 emails for every check I deposit. I don't want to have a fingerprint to sign in, and I want the app to stop telling me there is an error because I have not enabled that feature.

Terrible app. I had to call in twice to find the steps to make a simple deposit. Steps not clearly defined. Help button doesn't know where task menu is. I regularly use apps from other banks that are much easier to use. Two years later and still the worst app I have to work with. Could not get app to work today. Bremer's support could not resolve issue. Mailed deposits to them. Time to find a new bank.
