Because the app is new I understand there might be Little glitch here and there. They should spend more money on app developers to fix any glitch. And the app will be okay. Nice job guys keep it up you are almost there. Many won't understand what it takes

Great app with simple user interface. However, payment details of cash remit was not shown on the app. I had to use a dummy transaction on the Web to get payment details. Can you please look into this? Also, please enable 'copy' of the payment details and reference numbers. It was hard to do it manually.

I sent money on 2/12/19 my beneficiary is yet to receive their money today is 14/12/19. Thank God for another reliable service, I had to use another service. I requested for a refund no answer from them! I tried to call, but their phone number is not active!!! I tried to contact their complaint service but the email address provided on their website is not working. Pls Cash remit refund my money, it Xmas I want my money back

Soo annoying! Did a transaction which failed. Money was debited from my account, while the recipient's account hasn't been credited till date. Sent cash remit two emails on that regard. No response to my emails. Been calling their customer care, they keep saying there is no one available to talk to me. My money is hanging and I am beginning to think, you could be a scam since you are unreachable. Gosh!!!

If you do not want to be scammed by the people operating under this unfortunate app, please kindly do not INSTALL!! It was so easy for them to debit me but difficult to credit the account of my recipient for days. I haven't been able to log into my account since then, and neither have they replied my messages to them via E-mail. Please do not fall for this as they are useless people duping innocent individuals! You believe you are wise and smart!

Beneficiaries not available anytime I try to make a transaction. This means there was no need to download the app as I can't make transactions with it. Please look into this.
