New version of app cannot depit checks. It cannot input the deposit amount thus cannot proceed the deposit. Has to stop by bank to deposit checks. It was working from last version.

The review on 8/6/21 says the app can't make mobile deposits because it it says the checks aren't endorsed when they are. Four years and 2 months later it still can't. The app for my local Credit Union with 8 branches works flawlessly.

Mobile deposit function is not stable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Keep saying can't read endorsement when the photo is well lit with a BIG company rubber stamp endorsement. Very frustrating and inconvenient to have to go to the branch (quite far) just to deposit a check. Maybe it's time to look for a closer bank or a bank with a better app.
