So far so good. Easy to install device. Clarity of picture good and two way conversation seems clear for both parties to chat.

As novices in this strange new world, so far so good. Tech works well, images very clear, user gradually getting used to app!

Hard to install with the screw driver with no handle because it's so close to the wall. Recordings also take long to load . Overall it's good so far, oh it doesn't snap onto the wall mount after you put it on the wall for some reason, so it's it's there by a bottom screw only

When I first got the camera it worked great. Now it won't load my camera view immediately, now only after trying to load 3 or 4 times will it actually show the feed and thats not even guaranteed. Please fix this and I will re do my review but as for now the 1 star will stand until the issues are fixed I can't even use the camera right now, because of the loading issues.

No notification when bell is rung which defeats the purpose of the doorbell. It keeps showing as logged out so I have to log in daily to get notification if the bell is rung and even then it doesn't work all the time and I've got resident message service on so it's not that. Also when it does work just a little red box shows at the top and then when I pull down and check notifications it shows someone's at the door, shouldn't it just ring?
